Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to reservations booked directly on www.80cassine.com. Reservations made on Airbnb, Vrbo or another platform follow that platform's cancellation policy.

Refunds

• Cancel 30+ days before check-in: full refund
• Cancel 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: no refund
• Changed your mind? Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund (when check-in is at least 14 days away).

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Days are counted to 4:00 PM Central on your check-in date.

Changing your dates

Want to move your stay instead of cancelling? Text us at 1-800-000-0000. If the new dates are open, we'll move your booking at no charge and adjust for any price difference.

Hurricanes and mandatory evacuations

If Walton County issues a mandatory evacuation order that covers any part of your stay, you'll get a full refund for the affected nights, whether you cancel before arrival or have to leave early. Tropical storm watches, warnings and voluntary evacuations aren't covered. We strongly recommend travel insurance for stays during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30).

Early departures

Leaving early for any other reason, including weather, illness or travel delays, doesn't qualify for a refund of unused nights.

Cancellations by us

In the rare event we must cancel (for example, the home becomes unsafe or unavailable), you'll receive a full refund and we'll do our best to help you find another place to stay.
