• Booking details: your name, email, mobile number, dates, number of guests and any notes you send us.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We see the payment status and last four digits, never your full card number.
• Messages: texts you send to our guest line (1-800-000-0000) and messages sent through booking platforms.
• Basic technical data: our website uses only essential cookies (for example, to keep the owner signed in). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To manage your reservation, take payment, send booking and arrival information, answer your questions, keep the property secure, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and your stay:

• Stripe: payments
• Twilio: text messaging
• Anthropic: our AI assistant, which helps answer guest messages
• Hospitable: calendar and booking-platform sync
• Railway: website hosting

We also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information.

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Text Message Terms.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep reservation records as long as needed for taxes and accounting, generally up to 7 years. To ask for a copy of your information, or for us to delete it, email stay@whitetides30a.com.
