These include booking confirmations, arrival details (address, door code and Wi-Fi), check-in follow-ups, checkout reminders and replies to your questions. Some replies are written by our AI assistant, and a person on our team follows up on anything it can't answer.

• Message frequency varies with your questions and the timing of your stay. It's typically under 10 messages per reservation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume.
